Los documentos de los contratos que celebre el Proveedor general, se extenderán en la Sección 2ª del Ministerio de Guerra, serán escritos en el papel correspondiente y llevarán la firma del Ministro. Los contratos que, por ser de cuantía menor de cien pesos, no se hayan de hacer constar en documentos, serán registrados en la misma Sección.
