º. Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses que se desempeñen en funciones de mensajería tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte, así

Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, veintiún mil seiscientos ochenta y nueve pesos ($21.689) moneda corriente, mensuales;

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, trece mil seiscientos setenta pesos ($13.670) moneda corriente mensuales;

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, ocho mil seiscientos ochenta y tres pesos ($8.683) moneda corriente mensuales.
