°. El artículo 2° del Decreto 0789 de 1996 quedará así: “Artículo 2°. La cartera y las operaciones activas de crédito de los bancos hipotecarios quedarán sujetas, adicionalmente, a la siguiente condición general: a) Por lo menos el setenta por ciento (70%) del total de su cartera deberá estar respaldada con garantía hipotecaria.”
