° Los ciudadanos inscritos en el nuevo escalafón de antiguos militares y que por tal inscripción tuvieren derecho a percibir la recompensa de que habla el artículo 1 ° . de esta le, dejaran en la Caja del Ministerio de Guerra, el quince por ciento (15%) del valor de su recompensa, porcentaje que se destina para formar un fondo especial de auxilios para las cuidas e hijos legítimos o naturales de los veteranos muertos antes de la sanción de esta ley.
