Artículo cuarto . A partir de la fecha en que entren a funcionar los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal, creados en virtud del presente Decreto, la coordinación administrativa de su funcionamiento quedará adscrita a la Dirección Seccional de Instrucción Criminal en Neiva, la cual hará la distribución de ellos, observando las disposiciones pertinentes del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
