La primera autoridad municipal, si se justifica la solicitud, dictara dentro de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, una resolución posesoria de amparo, por medio de la cual prevendrá al sindicado que se abstenga de ejecutar los hechos infractores por que ha sido denunciado, y le exigirá una fianza de que así lo hará, cuya cuantía no será menor del doble del valor del fraude probado en la información presentada.
