Legalizase la partida de tres mil ciento setenta y ocho pesos con veinte centavos ($3.178.20), gastos ordenados hacer por las Juntas Directivas y Administrativas del Ferrocarril del Pacifico en febrero de 1920, para recibir al Presidente de la Republica en su visita de aquel año a la costa del Pacifico, partida que fue elevada como alcance liquido al Cajero del Citado Ferrocarril, Enrique Castellanos, y luego a su fiador, Julio Córdoba.
