Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 79.4 de la Ley 715 de 2001, la ponderación adicional para los municipios que mantengan actualizado el Sistema de Identificación de Beneficiarios que defina el Conpes, solo se tendrá en cuenta a partir de la vigencia siguiente a la que se haya llevado a cabo la implementación de dicho sistema en todos los municipios del país.
