Los auxilios nacionales incluidos en el Presupuesto esta Ley regirá desde la fecha de sus sanciones Nacional para la vigencia fiscal de 1959, en el capítulo 395, artículo 4982 y 4983, en cuantía de $ 3.000.00 cada uno. .serán pagados a los colegios "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" y Francisco José de Caldas" del municipio de Magdalena, con destino al sostenimiento de los mismos.
