La nación dejara de entregar al municipio de Tumaco los recaudos de que trata el articulo trata agricultura, en virtud de la ley 2a. de 1959, organice en forma permanente un servicio de vigilancia y asistencia técnica de la riqueza forestal de la zona del pacifico (sector Nariño) y, en forma tal, que asegure su explotación permanente.
