ARTICULO 149. Liquidación prestaciones Oficiales Generales y Coroneles. Las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales Generales y Coroneles serán liquidadas, así: Sueldo Básico: Será igual al porcentaje que como tal determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes que regulan esta materia. Las partidas y porcentajes correspondientes señalados en los artículos 140 y 144 de este Decreto.
