del Artículo 9º del citado Decreto número 2221 de 31 de diciembre de 1930, se reforma así: "No se aceptarán mensajes de respuesta pagada sin firma. El destinatario podrá dirigir la respuesta a lugar distinto del de origen, y a persona distinta del introductor".
