Facultase al Gobierno Nacional por el término de tres (3) años, contados a partir de la sanción de la presente Ley, para llevar a cabo la terminación de la construcción del edificio para el Colegio Gerardo Arias Ramírez, como aporte especial de la Nación a dicha celebración.
