° Autorízase al Ministerio de Comunicaciones para contratar con la Imprenta Nacional el resello de las estampillas postales, emitidas de acuerdo con la Ley 45 de 1948 y el Decreto 4180 del mismo año, en la siguiente forma: 9.999.600 estampillas de valor facial de de tres centavos ($ 0.03), para diez centavos ($ 0.10), correo ordinario. 199.700 estampillas de valor facial un peso, ($1.00), para dos pesos ($2.00), con la leyenda "Correo extra-rápido".
