Art. 46. La cuenta de las administraciones se abrirá el día 1 de Septiembre de cada año i se cerrará el dia ultimo de Agosto del año siguiente, conforme al método que determine el Poder Ejecutivo para la contabilidad de la renta. Los libros serán rubricados i numeradas sus fojas por el Gobernador de la provincia antes de principiarse la cuenta.
