º. Prorrogar la vigencia de los decretos 1359 del 14 de agosto de 1995 y 1605 del 25 de septiembre del mismo año hasta el 13 de noviembre de 1996. En consecuencia, la Comisión de Racionalización del Gasto y de las Finanzas Públicas seguirá ejerciendo sus funciones en la misma forma y condiciones como lo viene haciendo y deberá presentar al Gobierno Nacional las recomendaciones respectivas, a más tardar el día 13 de noviembre de 1996.
