Las mismas personas señaladas en el primer inciso del artículo anterior pueden pedir al Juez que interdice o suspenda la representación, ejecución o exhibición de una obra teatral, musical, cinematográfica u otras semejantes, que se va a representar, ejecutar o exhibir en público sin la debida autorización del titular o titulares de derecho de propiedad intelectual.
