De las diligencias de remate se formará expediente, que será suscrito por el Gerente o quien lo haya representado, por la persona que lo haya verificado, por el comprador de la mercancía, por el propietario de la misma o su representante, y por el Auditor Fiscal de 1a Zona o subdelegado. En el caso de que el propietario o su representante se negaren a firmar, se dejará constancia en el acta respectiva. CAPITULO 10. Responsabilidades de la Zona Franca.
