Decreto 1757 de 1972 · Por el cual se dictan medidas relacionadas con el funcionamiento de las Corporaciones Privadas de Ahorro y Vivienda

º. Del total de los recursos captados por las Corporaciones Privadas de Ahorro y Vivienda éstas aplicarán el 50% para la financiación de soluciones de vivienda para las clases económicas media y popular con un limite máximo de 4.000. unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC) en el precio de venta del respectivo inmueble.

Parágrafo

De los recursos de que trata este artículo, las Corporaciones Privadas de Ahorro y Vivienda deberán destinar por lo menos un 40% a la financiación de vivienda cuyo precio de venta unitario sea igual o inferior a 1.500 unidades de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC).
