Art. 46. El Juez ejecutor y en general los empleados con jurisdicción coactiva, encargados de hacer efectivo de los responsables del Erario los alcances deducidos y las multas imputadas, llevarán cuenta corriente de lo debido cobrar y lo cobrado, y la rendirán mensualmente á la Oficina general. Los fondos que Recauden por alcances y multas, los enviarán á la Tesorería general de la república por el primer correo de cada mes y darán aviso de las remesas á la Oficina de Cuentas.
