La emisión o transferencia de un título-valor de contenido crediticio no producirá, salvo que aparezca de modo inequívoco intención en contrario de las partes, extinción de la relación que dio lugar a tal emisión o transferencia.

La acción causal podrá ejercitarse de conformidad con el artículo 882.
