En un término no mayor de diez y ocho meses, contados a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, las entidades estatales competentes, elaborarán planes para la adaptación de los espacios públicos, edificios, servicios e instalaciones dependientes, de acuerdo con lo previsto en esta ley sus normas reglamentarias.
