El beneficiario del subsidio para vivienda se obliga a no transferir el dominio de la solución de vivienda antes de haber transcurrido dos (2) años desde la fecha de su asignación, sin mediar permiso especÃfico de la Caja fundamentado en razones de fuerza mayor.
