°. Comisiones . El Consejo podrá establecer comisiones transitorias o permanentes, cuando así lo estime necesario, para realizar análisis técnicos, jurídicos, de políticas y demás aspectos pertinentes sobre temas específicos, que se reunirán presencial o virtualmente de acuerdo con las necesidades y conveniencias. Las Comisiones podrán solicitar los informes y el apoyo respectivo del Consejo, a través de la Secretaría Técnica.
