Establécese las siguientes tasas de sobrerremuneración para los funcionarios de Telecom que desempeñen labores docentes en la Empresa. Nivel I. Los docentes clasificados en este nivel tendrán derecho a una sobrerremuneración del quince por ciento (15%). Nivel II. Los docentes clasificados en este nivel tendrán derecho a una sobrerremuneración del veinte por ciento (20%). Nivel III y IV. . Los docentes clasificados en estos niveles tendrán derecho a una sobrerremuneración del veinticinco por ciento (25%).
