º. El Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo del Instituto Nacional para Ciegos (INCI), estará integrado así: 5.1 El(la) Ministro(a) de Igualdad y Equidad o su delegado(a), que lo presidirá; o quien haga sus veces. 5.2 El(la) Ministro(a) de Educación Nacional o su delegado(a). 5.3 El(la) Ministro(a) de Salud y Protección Social o su delegado(a). 5.4 El(la) Ministro(a) de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones, o su delegado(a). 5.5 El(la) Director(a) del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado(a). 5.6 Un representante designado por el Presidente de la República de terna presentada por las organizaciones de ciegos legalmente reconocidas, por un período de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo 1

El(la) Director(a) del Instituto tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones del Consejo Directivo.

Parágrafo 2

El(la) Secretario(a) General del INCI, o quien haga sus veces desempeñará las funciones de Secretario(a) del Consejo Directivo
