Los Capitanes de buques o sus consignatarios presentarán una solicitud a la Gerencia a fin de que ésta designe el lugar de atraque y de operaciones de cargue y descargue. La Gerencia fijará dicho lugar por turno riguroso de llegada al muelle dándole preferencia a las embarcaciones qué hagan servicio de correo por itinerario fijo.
