Muerte con doce (12) años de servicio. Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial falleciere por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo, con doce (12) o más años de servicio, pero con menos de quince (15), la pensión a que tiene derecho los beneficiarios se liquidará como si el Oficial o Suboficial hubiere cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
