La Dirección General de Aduanas reglamentarála vigilancia de la Zona Franca en la forma que locrea pertinente, sobre la entrada y salida de vehículos al territorio de aquella, así como sobre las mercancías, materiasprimas, materiales y toda clase de productos que entren a su jurisdicción o salgan de ella. Las mismas autoridades mantendrán la vigilancia exterior de la Zona.
