Los mercados mayoristas, para efectos del presente Decreto, se asimilan a las plazas de mercado, centros de acopio y centros de distribución integral, y en consecuencia, les son aplicables las normas de que trata el numeral 3º del artículo 2º de la Ley 60 de 1993, sobre vigilancia y control por parte de los municipios.
