DEFINICION. Para efectos del presente Reglamento, se entiende por "debido cobrar", el valor o el conjunto de valores adeudados al Instituto de Seguros Sociales por los distintos conceptos derivados directa o indirectamente de la aplicación del régimen de los Seguros Sociales, tales como aportes patrono - laborales, reembolso por concepto de prestaciones económico - asistenciales otorgadas por el ISS, intereses, capitales constitutivos, multas y sanciones que se impongan de conformidad con este estatuto.
