La verificación del cumplimiento de la rentabilidad mínima de que trata el artículo 2.1.3.2.24 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero se efectuará al último día de cada trimestre calendario para el período respectivo. En caso de retiros que se efectúen durante el transcurso de un trimestre, las liquidaciones a que haya lugar se efectuarán teniendo en cuenta exclusivamente el valor de las unidades al momento del retiro.
