La Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes en el proceso de enajenación de los bienes incautados, observará los principios de transparencia, celeridad, eficacia, productividad, economía y moralidad descritos en las Leyes 80 de 1993 y 489 de 1998. En cuanto a los procedimientos se regirá por las normas del derecho privado.
