º. DE LA LEGALIZACION DEL SUMINISTRO DE SERVICIOS. Las empresas de servicios públicos domiciliarios deberán desarrollar programas tendientes a la legalización del suministro de los servicios públicos para las comunidades que así lo requieran, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 48 de la Ley 9º. de 1989. Las entidades encargadas de prestar los servicios públicos domiciliarios deberán proveer soluciones a fin de garantizar el suministro de tales servicios a los asentamientos subnormales.
