Facultades. El Revisor Fiscal tendrá derecho a intervenir en las deliberaciones de la Asamblea General y de la Junta Directiva, cuando sea citado por ellas, no teniendo derecho a voto. Tendrá así mismo derecho a inspeccionar en cualquier tiempo los libros de contabilidad, libros de actas, correspondencia, comprobantes de cuentas y documentos de la sociedad.
