º. Ambito de aplicación . Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto tienen por objeto regular el ejercicio de la profesión de Químico Famacéutico, perteneciente al área de la salud, en los aspectos relativos a los derechos, deberes, obligaciones y prohibiciones, con el fin de preservar y salvaguardar la honradez, lealtad, imparcialidad, eficiencia, senedad, que deben observar en su desempeño profesional.
