Art. 1.° Suprimense en el Ministerio de Fomento los siguientes empleos: todos los de la Sección 2. a (Ingeniería) ; todos los de la Sección 3. a , excepto el Jefe, (Agricultura, exportación y minas); y todos los de la 5. a (Estadística general). El Jefe de la Sección 1. a queda encargado de recibir por inventario y mantener bajo su custodia, el archivo y mobiliario de las dos Secciones suprimidas.
