Las Administraciones de Hacienda y los Consulados asimilados a tales oficinas, perforarán todas las cédulas de Tesorería que entren a sus oficinas, las que no pueden poner de nuevo en circulación, y enviarán por cada correo las que les hayan entrado a sus cajas, a la Tesorería General de la República.
