Hecha la entrega del terreno se enviará el expediente al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, para que allí se examine si se han cumplido los requisitos legales. Si se encontrare alguna informalidad grave en la diligencia de entrega, se expresará así y se devolverá el expediente al funcionario que incurrió en ella para que la corrija y repita la entrega si fuere necesario.
