El Fiscal General de la Nación podrá asignar prima técnica sin carácter salarial hasta por un treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico, con el lleno de los requisitos que establezca mediante reglamentación interna y conforme a los Decretos 1336 de 2003 y 2177 de 2006 y demás disposiciones que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. Para los empleos del nivel directivo podrá asignarse prima técnica hasta por un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo básico en los mismos términos y condiciones de que trata el inciso anterior.
