La pena anterior se reducirá hasta en la mitad en los casos siguientes: 1°. Si la alteración del estado civil tuviere por objeto favorecer a una persona, sin pretender que ocupe el lagar de otra cuyos derechos se usurpen. 2°. Si el responsable de cualquiera de los delitos previstos en el Artículo anterior lo cometiere, con el propósito exclusivo de salvar su honor o el de su mujer, su madre, su descendiente, su hija adoptiva o su hermana, o para salvar al niño de un grave e inminente peligro.
