Medida preventiva . Una vez proferida la medida preventiva impuesta, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, ordenará a la entidad giradora realizar la suspensión preventiva de giros de los recursos, para la entidad beneficiaria o ejecutora objeto de la medida. También se podrá iniciar procedimiento preventivo cuando medie solicitud motivada de un órgano de control, de la Fiscalía General de la Nación o de otra autoridad competente.
