Cuando el Gobierno en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 55 de esta Ley, resuelva que un Oficial, inhábil relativo, permanezca en servicio, le reconocerá y pagará la indemnización que por la incapacidad le corresponda, de acuerdo con el sueldo del grado que tenga cuando se le declare la lesión por la Sanidad Militar. En consecuencia, el Oficial no tendrá derecho a nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
