°. Definición de Esquemas Especiales de Abastecimiento de Combustibles . La Dirección de Hidrocarburos del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, con base en los planes de abastecimiento presentados por Ecopetrol S.A., y debidamente aprobados en los términos señalados en el Decreto 386 de 2007 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan, podrá diseñar esquemas especiales de abastecimiento de combustibles a los departamentos fronterizos.
