En caso de que un enfermo quiera abandonar el hospital contra las indicaciones del medico, deberá firmar una constancia ante dos testigos, manifestando que lo hace por propia voluntad y que acepta las consecuencias que puedan sobrevenirle. En este caso el enfermo perderá el derecho a la asistencia médica. Si el enfermo abandona ocultamente el hospital, quedara automáticamente fuera de la obra.
