La forma y término de la administración fiduciaria de los fondos que se entreguen en el Instituto de Fomento Industrial y el Banco Central Hipotecario, así como de los que en el futuro se suministren a otras entidades públicas de desarrollo económico y social, se acordarán mediante contratos que celebrará cada uno de dichas entidades con en Gobierno Nacional y con el Banco de la República.
