º. El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior declarará, mediante resolución, como Zonas Francas Transitorias de carácter comercial y de servicios, los lugares de que trata el artículo anterior, previa solicitud del interesado, con el cumplimiento de los requisitos previstos en este Decreto.
