INICIACION. Cuando el Jefe del Departamento o el funcionario en quien él delegue la facultad de designar, oficiosamente, por información o queja o como resultado de diligencias preliminares, tenga noticia de un hecho que pueda constituir falta disciplinaria, dispondrá, si fuere conducente, la iniciación del proceso ordinario. En caso contrario, remitirá lo pertinente al funcionario que deba sancionar siguiendo el proceso abreviado.
