al artículo 33 de la Ley 1978 de 2019 . Adicionar un

Parágrafo transitorio

al artículo 33 de la Ley 1978 de 2019, así: "

Parágrafo transitorio

El pago anual correspondiente al año 2020, de que trata el literal b) del presente artículo, será aplazado hasta el año 2021, con ocasión de la pandemia derivada del Coronavirus COVI0-19. El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones reglamentará la materia".
