Cuando se trate de oficiales que presten sus servicios en alguna de las dependencias administrativas del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, organismos adscritos o vinculados al mismo, Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares y otras dependencias militares o civiles, tendrá atribuciones de primer grado, el Segundo Comandante de la respectiva Fuerza. Si se trata de suboficiales, en los casos anotados, tendrá atribuciones de primer grado el Ayudante General del Cuartel General de la respectiva Fuerza.
